Meet Eddie!

Eddie is a 1 year old, neutered male, Lancashire Heeler Mix. He was found wandering stray in New River and when brought to foster care spent the first three days huddled in his bed in the corner of his room. He was terrified.

On day four Fast Eddie realized he'd fallen into a sweet deal, no yelling, lots of love, great food, comfortable digs and his true personality emerged. Eddie loves to run, loves playing with any and all other dogs, absolutely loves with a great passion any toy stuffed or rubber squeaky, especially big squeaky balls.

Eddie loves playing in a hose, a puddle, and a pool. He is always on the go, experiencing all the fun and life he obviously never had in his puppyhood. If you can slow him down long enough, he'll let you love all over him, then he's off like a shot for more fun. Probably not good with cats, or small children, but would be great with one or multiple playful energetic dogs his size.

He is house-trained, dog-door trained, loves to ride in a car, hasn't been tested on leash training. Can free feed, won't overeat. Current on all shots and is microchipped.

Eddie is currently being cared for by Foothills Animal Rescue in Cave Creek, Arizona. For more info on Eddie, click here!
