Meet Zazoo!

Zazoo is a 15 month old little cutie who is very loving & affectionate. He is a pure bred JRT - a small guy, who only weighs 11 pounds. But don't let that smallness fool you, he is a big bundle of energy, and would make a great agility dog, or fit in very nicely with an active home.

He is currently being fostered with an agility family and is learning manners, behaviors, and some agility obstacles, as well. He is crate trained and leash trained, knows basic commands, and is good with dog savvy cats and children.

Zazoo would make a great jogging buddy, or agility pal. True to the JRT breeding, he is amazingly smart and picks up tricks very quickly! He is neutered, UTD on his shots, microchipped and on flea & HW preventative.

Currently Zazoo is being fostered through Smaller Paws in Indiana. Smaller Paws is a volunteer based rescue, dedicated to re-homing mostly Pomeranians, other small/medium dogs, and occasionally larger dogs when they have room that have been abandoned by their owners. Most come from animal shelters that due to limited space, cannot house them for long.

All their dogs are kept in foster homes where they are able to learn their likes and dislikes, and their good and ...not so good behaviors. It also allows them to re-train the unfavorable behaviors, and to encourage the better ones! Smaller Paws does long distance adoptions at the adopters cost, if there are safe flights or travel opportunities, and they have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. They require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of their dogs.
