Dogs homeless following California wildfires soon to be up for adoption!

Sixty-six dogs now find themselves homeless following the recent California wildfires and have been taken to Colorado to find new homes. Most all of these pups were family dogs, given up because their owners lost everything in the fire and could no longer take care for them.

Many are well behaved, family dogs who are in shock as to what has happened to them. The looks on many of the dogs' faces seem to say, "What did I do wrong?"

This past Monday, the dogs were placed with foster families as they go through a series of veterinary checkups and receive any necessary care. Within the next week or two, the dogs will be available for adoption through the Animal House shelter in Fort Collins.
