Meet Riley!

Riley is actually starting to look like a dog now! This poor little girl came into rescue with a serious case of demodectic mange and almost no hair, but Mitaban is doing the trick and she's really turning into a little cutie.

Riley was lethargic and skeletally thin when she first came into rescue, but good food and good care have brought out the energy in her. She is frisky and ready to play. Riley loves other dogs and is a sweet happy-go-lucky character and would make a good family pet. We're hoping she will find the perfect home that will keep the hair on her little hide and meat on her bones. She deserves it!

We found Riley currently being cared for by Gone to the Dogs Rescue in Charles City, Virginia. They are a no-kill, all-breed/mixed breed dog rescue organization located in central Virginia. Gone to the Dogs specializes in re-homing dogs that have been abandoned, have been rescued after running out of time at kill shelters, or have lost their homes for a variety of reasons.
