Gene is a six-year-old labrador retriever /greyhound mix who appears well trained and housebroken. He knows the commands sit, down and give paw. He was found as a stray with a micro-chip which was never registered so his original owners could not be located.
We found Gene currently being cared for by by Chicago Animal Care and Control. Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the goals of the City of Chicago Animal Care and Control in their efforts to care for and find homes for thousands of rescued and unwanted animals.
